Coca-Cola Employee Instructions with a @coca-cola.com email address
Click “Sign In.”
You will be redirected to the Sign In page.
Enter your Coca-Cola email address.
Click “Next.”
Enter your Coca-Cola Password.
Click “Sign In.”
You will be redirected to the CokeChannel home page.

Existing User Instructions without a @coca-cola.com email address
Click “Sign In.”
You will be redirected to the Sign In page.
Enter your registered email address.
Click “Next.” Skip to Step 9 if you have already confirmed your external account. If not, you will continue authenticating your account.
Click “Send Email” to be sent an email with a passcode to confirm your email address.
Enter the passcode sent in the confirmation email.
Set up security questions and set new password.
Click the Login to Access Your Application link.
Enter your username and password and click “Sign On.”
You are now signed into CokeChannel.

New User Instructions
Click “REGISTER HERE.”
You will be redirected to the Coca-Cola log in page.
Click New User Registration link.
Enter your Email Address and Click “Submit.”
If your email domain (ex. @domain.com) isn’t a registered organization please provide more information.
A confirmation email will be sent with instructions to continue registration.
From the link in the confirmation email, provide all required fields to setup your account.
Important: In the “Coca-Cola Sponsor” field enter “cokechannel@coca-cola.com” who will review requests for approval. Approved email domains won’t need Sponsor Approval, but still need to enter “cokechannel@coca-cola.com” to complete registration.
After submission, your request will be routed to your Coca-Cola sponsor for approval. Be on the lookout for email notifications indicating the status of your request.
Note: This process can take up to 1 week to complete. The CokeChannel team doesn’t manage this process and cannot expedite requests.
When your registration is approved and you receive the approval email, click the link and log in to the external access portal. Click the red plus sign icon to request access to CokeChannel.
Click Browse Applications to access a list of available applications.
Locate CokeChannel in the list of applications. Click the check box next to CokeChannel. Click Review Request.
Fill out the Request Reason form for CokeChannel. Click Submit Request at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email when your access is approved.
Once approved for access to CokeChannel, log in to the CokeChannel site, and your registration is now fully complete.
